Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey completed February 9, 2023 found that Dedicated Nursing Associates of Pa. had corrected the deficiency cited under the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H. Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiency was cited as a result of a state re-licensure survey completed November 17, 2022.
